Job Description

Town Square is looking for a new member of the client service team to broaden the account service capability of the Agency. The portfolio of client responsibilities will represent a mix of clients and categories. You will work closely with experienced members of our collaborative client service team. In the first instance, the responsibilities for this new team member will be to support day-to-day management across a variety of clients including set-up of jobs, estimating, scheduling, proofing and trafficking work through the creative department and studio. 

Key Skills and Experience

Preferably, the candidate will have 3-6 months of experience working in a communications agency, perhaps as an intern. But attitude is more important for this role than experience. We need a candidate with an enthusiasm for making things happen, an ability to take initiative, a talent for bringing teams together and a passion for the communications business. The right candidate will see in this role the opportunity to take meaningful responsibility for delivering communication programs to a high standard and at a fast pace. We are looking for a confident candidate who has presence and strong presentation skills. The candidate needs some familiarity with the Australian advertising marketplace and with Australian culture and society.  Beyond that, there are few mandatory criteria for this position.
