Job Description

We’re looking for an ambitious mid-senior creative team, with a well-honed ability to think, create and develop ideas for different brands and audiences. Like most personal ads, perhaps you’re currently single or already a couple. Either way, you’re a conceptual and strategic thinker who understands what makes an idea original, relevant and powerful to a modern, digitally literate audience. You will look at creating ideas and solving problems with endless possibility, but also maturity in terms of strategic thinking and client contact.
The ideal candidate(s) will have high-level agency experience and an award-winning portfolio of well-crafted, contemporary projects. You’ll have a passion and understanding of the social media landscape and how it can be used brilliantly for brands. You will see opportunities that lie beyond the brief and harbour a burning ambition to do amazing, envy-of-your-peers work. Through experience and expertise, you’ll build trust with those around you, guiding projects to the best possible creative output.

Key Skills

  • A track record of coming up with and developing remarkable creative concepts
  • An award-winning portfolio
  • A self-starting, entrepreneurial approach
  • A proven area of craft expertise (e.g. copy, art direction, design)
  • An understanding of the possibilities and opportunities in digital, encompassing an interest in both the latest tech and new approaches to the more familiar
  • Experience with storytelling through film/video
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A high-level ability to develop and articulate ideas that others (including clients) comprehend, love and buy into.
  • The ability to build a compelling presentation.
