How to join The PRC

To renew your membership or join The Public Relations Council, please follow the steps:

STEP 1
PRC membership fees are calculated on the gross income1 of your agency/business from the most recent year-end2 company financial statements.

1 Gross income includes all fees, services, commissions and other income, including creative and production income, earned by a member in the course of carrying on the business of marketing communications. This may include planning, creative, production and delivery/deployment.

Membership is based on a calendar period of 1 January - 31 December. Please note that new members can join any point during the year. Fees will be pro-rated to align with the calendar year. Or if you require assistance, please contact us to discuss your fee in more detail. 


STEP 2
Download the membership form below. Your CEO and CFO are required to declare audited gross income and both will need to counter-sign.

STEP 3

Once the form is completed, please scan and email it to membershipsupport@communicationscouncil.org.au
Don’t forget to PRINT the form to retain a copy of the information you have entered.


STEP 4

On receipt of your membership form, The Communications Council will issue a tax invoice. To finalise membership, please pay within the terms stated on the invoice.
