AANA FOOD & BEVERAGES ADVERTISING & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS CODE
The AANA Food & Beverages Advertising & Marketing Communications Code becomes operative from November 1 2006.
Provision has been made to allow for standing and in-production material to remain outside the Code until March 1 2007.
Therefore the Advertising Standards Bureau will be able to accept public complaints from November 1, advising both complainants and advertisers where appropriate of the March 1 provision.
