The workshops have been designed to protect agencies and their clients and help agencies meet their requirements under the AFA Best Practice Accreditation Program.
They will cover the AANA Advertiser Code of Ethics, the Code for Advertising to Children, the Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice and specific self regulatory codes relating to alcohol, motor vehicles and other relevant products and in particular the new AANA Food and Beverages Advertising and Marketing Communications Code.
The workshops will include presentations from the Advertising Standards Bureau Chief Executive Officer, Fiona Jolly; the AANA Executive Director and Committee Member, World Federation of Advertisers, Collin Segelov, and Free TV Australia’s Director of Legal & Broadcast Policy, Alina Bain.
