Under a system of co-regulation, Commercial Radio Australia in consultation with its members, the ABA and members of the public, has developed the Commercial Radio Codes of Practice (Codes). The Codes are comprised of eight different codes of practice, which prescribe minimum standards for programs broadcast on all commercial radio broadcasting stations.

Commercial Radio Australia provides an advisory service to its members and agencies on industry codes and related advertising matters.
