What you will be doing

Our main goal is to help you develop into a great business leader. As a TCC graduate, you’ll be involved in projects, working in teams and attending meetings with plenty of opportunities to contribute. It won’t always be glamorous, but if you’re keen, you’ll get stuck in and enjoy the ride. You'll gain exposure to a variety of projects and will have the opportunity to develop critical skills that will set you on the path to a rewarding career as a marketing communications professional.

You'll participate in a combination of formal and informal learning experiences, and you’ll be expected to make the most of these invaluable opportunities to build your skills, network and participate. Each participating agency operates slightly differently, however the TCC program structure includes the following for all graduates.
